Shipping policy

At WHY Gemmes, your order will typically take 2-3 business days to process. We try every effort to fulfill all orders as soon as we possibly can. We offer shipping locally within Hong Kong as well as international shipping. 

Shipping lead time will depend on your location.

• The usual lead time for local shipment (to Hong Kong) will be 2-3 business days.
• The lead time for international shipment will roughly take around 5-14 business days to arrive. 

Shipping cost:

• There is a flat rate of HKD 30.00 for shipping within Hong Kong if your order is below HKD 850.00. For orders over HKD 850.00, free shipping will be applied. 
• For international shipping, please refer to the following table for pricing reference. The shipping rate depends on the actual weight of the shipment.
